Meet Your Inspector

Hello my name is Keith Luka, with Luke Alan Property Inspections. Before I became a Certified Home Inspector I spent the last 25 plus years in the Hospitality industry as a Director of Facilities. My years in the Hospitality Industry have taught me many building aspects that I utilize in my Home Inspections. One of my moto’s is “Inspect what you expect”, which translates into making sure my clients get what they expect in their dream house. Being a home inspector is very self-rewarding to me because, I feel that the client should know exactly what they are getting in the house they are wanting to purchase.
